Payment
Full payment is required by e-transfer at the time of booking. If payment by e-transfer is not possible, payment by credit card is accepted at an additional 5% to cover processing fees.
Passenger Cancellations
Flight deals are offered on specific dates at a significant discount when we have a flight with empty legs availalbe. We require full payment for these flights at the time of booking because the aircraft will be required to fly the route even if the “flight deal” passengers cancel. Refunds and reschedules for any reason are not available but the flight is transferable if you would like to give/sell it to someone else – if this is the case we require the new passengers’ contact information and weights.
Refund for Weather Cancellations
The only exception to the above refund policy is if the pilot determines that the flight is not possible due to unsuitable weather, if this is the case the pilot will contact the passengers and they will receive a full refund.
Conditions for “Flight Deal” flights
If the main flight that the “flight deal” flight is attached to (if applicable) gets cancelled for any reason, the passengers with the “flight deal” booking will have the option to either go ahead with their flight at our regular (not discounted) pricing or to receive a full refund.
