Deposit & Payment
We require a $250 deposit by etransfer at the time of booking.
Full payment minus the deposit is due the day before the flight. If e-transfer is not possible, payment by credit card is accepted at an additional 5% to cover processing fees.
To Cancel Your Flight
For cancellations made more than 5 days in advance we will issue a partial refund of $150, with 5 days or less notice we will issue a refund of $50. Air taxi flights can take up a large portion of our flying day, preventing us from taking other bookings during that time, for this reason we are not able to issue full refunds for cancellations. The flight is transferable if you would like to give/sell it to someone else – if this is the case we require the new passengers’ contact information and weights.
Refund for Weather Cancellations
The only exception to the above refund policy is if the pilot determines that the flight is not possible due to unsuitable weather, if this is the case the pilot will contact the passengers who will have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund. We recommend having a back-up plan for travel arrangements in case the weather isn’t suitable for your flight.
