Every seat has a headset which allows all passengers and the pilot to easily speak to each other and hear other aircraft calls on the radio. Front seats have a 4-point harness seat belt adn the rear seats have lap belts which have a fully adjustable length and will snug up even on the smallest 2 year old passengers. Children may sit on a booster seat to help them see even better, children can bring their own car booster seat or add a note in their booking requesting one (each aircraft usually has one available).
