Hangars

A new 8 unit T-hangar building is ready for occupancy, each hangar has a cement floor, 40′ sliding door, and a cement pad in front of the door. 4 of the units have a cement taxi-way and the other 4 units have a grass taxi-way.

T-hangar pricing:

on paved taxiway: $350/month if committing for a full year or $375/month for month-to-month
on grass taxiway: $300/month if committing for a full year or $325/month for month-to-month
prices will have hst added.

We also have land available for lease for those who are interested in building their own hangars and we will work with you to find an agreement you will be happy with.
